Reserved Slots


As the server continues to grow, we understand the annoyance of not being able to get on. Being former admins of a successful gaming servers, but losing-money game servers, we know we can't rely on the goodwill of many to donate. To solve this problem we are asking that users make a small donation a month to obtain a reserved slot. Even admins will not have reserved slots (unless they contribute).  A suggested contribution would be 4 dollars or more a month. This will ensure you can get on to the server to play whenever you want and allow us to keep it going and maybe add some more servers to.  You may visit the EvenKill's Bills site to donate. We thank you for your support. Important to note as stated at the bottom of the bills page is that the money donated goes towards the game servers and their services and not for the website hosting that is provided by google sites. (We want to be careful of that distinction so we don't violate our terms of service).


Admins


We are especially in need of admins for our server right now. The requirements are simple, agree to play more than 4 hours or more a week and split those 4 hours into at least two days and you may have probational admin (to be made permanent at a later date). This also means that you must agree to abide by and enforce our rules. These are:

1) Show no favouritism, ether to friend or foe or clan or whatever. Any player who is being disrespectful to other players or causing problems should be punished regardless of your relationship with them. If it is another admin report them in the admin discussion group. Regular players will report them in the public discussion group.

2) Try to intervene as little as possible. We want the game to be fun and fair, not having admin messages or slaping players shown all over the screen. The server should for the most part run itself and only need you if someone is breaking our respect other players rule. You are like a gun that will hopefully never need be fired. We are at work with coming  up with ways that players can vote for things they want  (like low gravity for instance) so you arent needed to intervene.

3) If a player is a problem and you ban them, please state your reason for doing so in the admin forum. This will help us defend you if they try and contest the ban.

4) Warn once, then Slay, then Kick, then Ban in that order if possible. Sometimes you may skip the slay step and just kick, but use discretion, we are relying on you to act in a mature and adult manner

5) Join the admin discussion group and choose to receive all email from that group or else a summary of email for a day option. We need you to be informed and involved, you probably wont be spammed by it anyway. It won't usually be the discussion board of choice.

More rules may come later - but more than anything, respect other players and ensure they are showing respect as well. This pretty much sums up tons of rules that could be made to cover every possible situation.

Please post your steam ID and that you agree to this information in the player forum and we will discuss and add you asap barring unforeseen consequences.
